You can use it without signing up. The scores, ranks, category and other details you enter are sent to our server only to work out the result, and are not saved, logged or cached there. They never appear in the page address.

If “Remember on this phone” is on, the details are kept in this browser only, so you don't have to type them again. Press “Forget my details” to remove them from this phone.

What we store, and why

• Admission Pass and counsellor sessions: the parent's name, WhatsApp number and email; the exam and score or rank you choose to give us so the counsellor can prepare; any school code; and payment references. We use these to deliver what you paid for.
• Session bookings: the time and video link of your session.
• WhatsApp reminders: the parent's number, the dates you chose and when you agreed. We delete these after 30 Sept 2027.
• Error reports: the page and your message. We don't ask who you are.
• School links: if you open a school's Pathkin link, this browser remembers the school's code (not anything about you) for up to 180 days.

Who else handles data

• Razorpay takes payments. Its checkout opens only when you press Pay. We send Razorpay only the amount and our order number; you enter your payment details with Razorpay directly.
• Cal.com runs counsellor bookings. You enter your name and email there to book.
• Supabase hosts our database and Vercel hosts the website.
• Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying anyone.

No advertising pixels or trackers are used. We never sell data, and colleges never receive it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the parent's details we hold. Reply to your payment receipt or reminder message and we will act within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep payment records.
